Tell me if even that is a no-go for you.Refund PolicyYou get a full refund if-I haven't started on the commission yet and you want to cancel-I say that I can't do it and cancel the order myselfIf you used a service like Ko-Fi or Goods and Services on PayPal, a small fee is taken by those, you will not get this fee back as this would put me at a loss if you got that percentage back as well.You can still cancel the order after I started, but then you'll only get a partial refund80% refund if I've started the sketch50% refund if I've started the lineartOnce I start colouring, I refuse to give a refund. After I accept your commission, you can either pay immediately or after the sketch is finished. In some cases I may also accept payment after finishing the artwork.
I am willing to hear out Payment Plans if the commission costs more than 50€.My main currency is Euro, but I also accept USD.
I only use PayPal as digital wallet. My PayPal is connected to Ko-Fi and YCH.com. Both of these sites allow for on-site payment to PayPal.The sites offer Buyer's protection and automatically use PayPals Goods and Services process. This is safe business practice, but also comes with small fees that I eat. If you trust me and want to support me even more, I am happy to use Friends & Family, but it is never a requirement. You deserve to stay safe.Once the commission starts, I will show you WIPs (unless a skeb/surprise commission was chosen) and you need to approve of the Sketch, Lineart, Flat coloration and shading each.
The Sketch stage is the most viable for changes and renditions.
Once I've done the lineart, only small detail changes are possible and it's mostly about checking if I've done any mistakes. If you approve and see a mistake later on... it's not my issue, but I may be able to fix it.
The Flat coloring stage is also about spotting mistakes and giving final approval.
You are partially also responsible for spotting mistakes or pointing out important details, I will not change a whole drawing in the middle of shading because you forgot to mention something about your character or didn't pay attention to it the whole time.Personal Use, Monetized Content, Commercial Use
You may use the artwork for personal use and monetized content.
Examples of this are:
- profile pictures
- printing as decoration and for personal use and gifts (posters, mugs...)
- use as streaming avatar
- Prop in Youtube videos
- as promotional content on social mediaNo commercial Use unless discussed, that might come with extra fees, and you must still credit me as the artist on the product page.
Examples of Commercial Use are:
- Making and selling stickers
- Offering the image as a design to use on RedBubble and similar sites
- Offering HD versions of the image for purchase
- Artwork is only to be seen on paid member-exclusive sites like PatreonCredit
I would highly appreciate getting credited whenever you post the artwork. (either @ me if i have an account on that media, or link to my carrd or Ko-Fi. You can always ask me if I have [insert Social Media]!).
But I understand is being tedious, especially if you repost it a lot for example. Just don't take credit that "you did it yourself" and refer people properly to me if someone asks.Editing my ArtI do not permit my art to be used in AI-Training or altered with AI.Small manual edits are permitted like resizing and cropping, heavy edits like drawing over it or cutting it to turn it into a png-tuber need to be discussed with me.
